I was astonished to learn that my call at 3 p.m. was answered by the owner. He not only promised to personally come to my house before the end of the day, but he also reassured me that everything would be OK. He worked on my garage door till after 9 p.m. at my house. The price was quite affordable, especially considering the amount of work and repairs that were required. This company's service, communication, friendliness, pricing, and punctuality are all A++. Arrived on time, as promised, and was really pleasant and professional! He explained all I needed to know about my garage door in simple words. He wasn't aggressive at all, and he provided me several alternatives, which I enjoyed! From the estimate to the installer to the follow-up, my experience was excellent. I feel I paid a reasonable amount for a decent quality door and opener that was correctly installed. I said go ahead after describing exactly what would be done for the repair. When he was finished, it was completed just as he had stated. The best thing was that he said he serviced both of my doors as part of the service visit. That type of extra effort earns my loyalty from now on.
